We provide daily triathlon group training sessions that are designed to get you fit for the event you have set your target on. You will need all equipment for swimming, riding and running – we have preferred businesses that give Effortless Energy discounts. We train outdoors in locations from Twin waters to Coolum, Peregian, Noosa and Cooroy for tri specific work and also have a private training facility in Peregian Beach for cross training free weights and core isolation and have 3 daily bootcamp challenge sessions available. All bootcamp challenges run for 4 weeks and cost $50 per week on a direct debit or $180 outright. 3 people join together and 1 trains for free. We run these daily challenges back to back most of the year and numbers are limited. Contact us for the next challenge start date.

What a job. I have 4 girls aged 2,4,6 and 8 at the moment and I can tell you I really appreciate the job my wife does. I help as much as possible around the house and being a qualified chef, I take over the cooking duties when I can. Most mothers have put their lives on hold for their children and most decisions are made in the best interest of the children also. We’ll book you in for a competition every now and then to keep you honest, however the main goal of the program is to get you fitter as a family and saying to yourself – Yes I can! Maybe even get a family team going and smash out a Noosa triathlon for personal family achievement. It’s quite amazing the sense of bonding you have with people that just participate in an event. Even if you have never met them before, just the participation and sense of exhaustion bonds you like family. |
