Tri Performance Coaching |
Our private tri performance coaching sessions are aimed at specifically improving your overall fitness with an emphasis on form and technique. You will need all equipment for swimming, riding and running – we have preferred businesses that give Effortless Energy discounts. We train outdoors in locations from Twin waters to Coolum, Peregian, Noosa and Cooroy for tri specific work and also have a private training facility in Peregian Beach for cross training free weights and core isolation.
A private tri performance session may include:
- Video analysis
- Triathlon Specific Cardio training – swimming, riding, running
- Time trailing at race pace
- Kickboxing
- Compound and postural weight training – Olympic lifting and free weights
- Core isolation – Fit ball work, wobble boards, air cushions, medicine ball plymetrics
- Flexibility – Dynamic, isometric, PNF and static stretching

What will it cost? - 1 - 4 participants |
- All private sessions are a 3 month or 12 week commitment at $160 per week, direct debit or $1750 outright.
- Up to 4 participants are allowed for our private sessions. Some of our clients enjoy the privacy of 1 on 1 and others enjoy the opportunity to bring the whole family.
